| Keith Rich | |

Keith Rich is the Group Managing Director responsible for Westcon Emerging Markets of Africa, India
and Middle East. Prior to his role (Sep 2008) Keith was the Managing Director of Westcon's Middle East
business interests. A 26 year veteran of Emerging Markets having lived and worked, for most of his
professional career, in and around the Middle East including India and Africa. Keith's career progression
has been through the ranks and his main area of experience, other than business and company
management, is in that of Sales and Marketing. |
| Rob Evans | |
 | Rob Evans is the Chief Operating Officer for Westcon Emerging Markets Group, a region encompassing
Westcon's businesses in Africa, India and the Middle East. An experienced technology channel executive,
Rob was a part of the executive management team that drove the rapid international expansion of
Westcon's holding company, Datatec Limited, between 1996 and 2000. He began his career qualifying
as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG London and has since held senior Finance, Sales and General
Management responsibilities within listed and private companies operating in the Technology and
Professional Services sectors. |
| William Oduol | |
 | William Oduol is Managing Director for Pan Emerging Africa, William joined Westcon Africa in December 2008
from Microsoft where he was Head of Channel Business and OEM Lead for East and Southern Africa. His
extensive experience of the African continent and that of management of vendors and partners, coupled
with a solid operational finance background is a key asset for Westcon. A Chartered Accountant and a
Certified Secretary, William's prior employers include Coca-Cola Africa, Microsoft, Mustek and East Africa's
leading Mobile Communication Service Provider, Safaricom. He holds a BSc. Degree and an MBA in Strategic
Management. |
| John Wolfenden | |
 | John is Director of Finance and Operation in the Pan Emerging Africa . John has had a rich and varied
career in consultancy, operational management and audit. John began his career in the armed forces
and he has subsequently fulfilled a variety of roles within Landkom, Admedia, Red Letter Days and
Experian among others. |
| Paul Moser | |
 | Paul is Managing Director DataCentre and Key Relationship Director (Vendors and channel) in Pan Emerging
Africa. He has a wealth of vendor and Africa channel experience and is also the founder of the original
Sparnoon business. Our Data Centre practice including Symantec, EMC and Vmware represents a hugely
important piece of our future revenue stream. With over 30 years experience driving distribution business
across the African continent, Paul will also be the Director responsible for bringing through other
development vendors around our datacenter play. |
| Brett Stevens | |
 | Brett is Sales Director in Pan Emerging Africa. He has been in the IT Distribution arena for the past 18 years
and has held management and directorship positions within companies including APC, Mustek, Comztek and
more recently Pinnacle Micro. His wide experience in building successful sales channels and passion for the
African continent are key assets that WestconAfrica will leverage with tangible value to the business. |

| Edward Williams | |
 | Ed is General Manager of Comstor in Pan Emerging Africa. He will be responsible for the development, and
management of Cisco solutions and other affinity vendors (APC, Systimax , Quescom, Modrac). Mr Williams
brings 25 years experience in the telecommunications and networking industries to WestconAfrica, having
served in a number of senior technical, sales and product management roles, he has also held director
positions in business development and sales management roles throughout his career. Prior to joining
WestconAfrica, Mr. Williams served in a number of distribution roles for Adtran, Azlan Group Plc and more
recently with Techdata where he managed multi million dollar networking distribution business across
Europe. |
| John Spreadborough | |
 | John is General Manager of Westcon Mobility in Pan Emerging Africa. He heads up the Motorola based EMB
products and associated solution vendors, plus the company's Print and Scan business. John was formerly
Managing Director of TallyGenicom's Middle East, Africa and India businesses and has over 20 years in the
printing and scanning industry. Before joining TallyGenicom, John ran his own Industrial Systems company -
Dicoll Industrial, which specialised in measurement systems for tough environments. He is a trained
electronic design engineer, working for the Royal Aircraft Establishment (now Qinetic), he has HNC in
Electronics Engineering and was attached to the Helicopter Systems group designing test systems for new
developments in night vision and auto-stabiliser products. |
| Hassan Popat | |
 | Hassan is non-executive Director of Westcon Africa. Being the original founder of the Dynatech
business, and having over 25 years of experience in various areas of the IT industry , he brings a wealth
of distribution knowledge to the team. He is involved in finance, strategy and business development
within Westcon Africa. |
