Dean Douglas, President and CEO
Dean joined Westcon Group in June 2008. Prior to Westcon, Dean was Chief Executive Officer of LCC International, the worldwide wireless service provider engineering services firm. Dean has also held global executive roles at both IBM and Motorola. During his career, he has been based in the US, Europe and Asia. Responsibilities have included sales, strategy, marketing, worldwide business development and corporate development in addition to general management roles. Dean is a graduate of the University Of Mississippi (B.B.A.) and resides in New York.

John has held the senior finance role at Westcon since joining the Company in early 1999 as Vice President, Worldwide Finance. John is responsible for the Company's corporate finance and treasury activities, forecasting, financial reporting, compensation and benefits administration, facilities, business development and global inventory analytics. Prior to joining Westcon Group, John was Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Medical Resources, Inc. and NMR of America, Inc. John began his career in 1984 at Ernst & Young LLP, where he spent eight years engaged in consulting and auditing for both public and private companies.

With more than 25-years experience in defining, driving and implementing strategic marketing initiatives for global technology companies, Bob Clinton serves as Westcon Group's Chief Marketing Officer. At Westcon, Bob drove the company's re-branding efforts, and institutionalized a customer-centric mindset via the annual Voice-of-the-Customer surveys and benchmarks. Prior to Westcon Group, Bob spent nearly a decade at CA Technologies (formerly Computer Associates), most recently serving as the company's SVP of Global Marketing Operations and Planning. Bob also brings to Westcon nearly 20 years of management experience from Motorola. While there, Bob co-founded Motorola.com and was responsible for driving the company's ecommerce marketing initiatives. Bob received his BS from the University of Notre Dame, and also holds an MBA from Boston College.

Nancy is responsible for Westcon's global legal activities and co-heads the Company's compliance function managing legal and operational risk.  She joined Westcon Group in December 2004 and was named Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in April 2005.  She was promoted to Senior Vice President in April 2011.  Prior to joining Westcon, Nancy spent three years at Chartwell Re Corporation, an NYSE-listed firm, where she served as Associate General Counsel and Vice President, Investor Relations.  She started her career and spent almost five years at Dewey Ballantine LLP as an associate in the mergers and acquisitions and securities department.  Nancy is currently serving as the Chairperson of the Global Technology Distribution Council Steering Committee which was established to design and implement an automated due diligence solution for technology distribution.  Nancy holds a BA from Amherst College and a JD from Hofstra University School of Law.

Chris is responsible for the Company's global distribution model and came to Westcon Group from Blake Equipment, where he was Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Chris was Vice President of Finance for Westcon Group North America, a position he held for six years. Chris also served as Chief Financial Officer of Datatec South Africa.  Chris holds a B.Com from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa and a CTA from University of Cape Town, South Africa.  He is also a Chartered Accountant (S.A.).

Bill joined Westcon Group as CIO in April 2008, and is responsible for all IT and technology matters in the organization. Prior to joining Westcon, Bill was a Managing Director with Marsh & McLennan for 5 years, where he acted as Global CIO/CIO Americas responsible for global sales, marketing, and finance systems --  as well as brokerage systems for the Americas. In addition, Bill oversaw development of the Company's global internet, intranet and extranet presence. Bill is Executive Vice President of Global Vendor Relationships with the responsibility for managing relationships with strategic vendors worldwide. Bill was previously responsible for development of the Company's global Cisco business, which he continues to evolve and strengthen. Prior to his role at Westcon, he served as Founder and Managing Partner of RedCard Solutions, a channels consulting business, and acted as Founder and CEO of Network Catalyst, a network integration company. Additionally Bill performed as CEO and Chairman of nVision Software, a software development firm with specialty expertise in the .NET and JAVA arena.  During his tenure, Bill led the company to a successful acquisition. He holds a BA in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.

Jon is President of Comstor Worldwide with responsibility for global operations of Westcon's Cisco dedicated business practice. Jon also retains responsibility for Comstor  Europe and was formerly Executive Vice President of Comstor Worldwide. Jon is a seasoned executive, having spent the last 21 years in the IT industry. He joined Comstor UK as a sales director in 2003 where he established a track-record of driving solid growth on both a Pan-European and global basis. Jon holds a science degree from Liverpool.

Prior to his current position, Simon was Chief Operating Officer, Westcon Group Europe, a position he held since October, 2004. Simon joined Comstor UK as its Operations Director in 1998 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2001. He was then appointed to Vice President of Operations for Westcon Group European Operations in 2004. Simon holds an honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Greenwich University, London.

Lynn joined Westcon in 1997 and her current position is the Senior Vice President, Westcon North America responsible for the development and execution of the business strategy, as well as P&L functions. Additionally, Lynn also lead both the Canadian division as well as the North American Convergence Division for Westcon.  She also spent a number of years with Bell Canada in various capacities. Most notable recent accomplishments would be successfully driving double digit growth in Canada during a major economic downturn at the same time as Nortel, the division's lead line filed for Chapter 11.  Lynn holds a B.A. from Guelph University, has taken various Queen's Executive Development continuing education courses on strategy and finance and serves on the board of the Halton Children's Aid Society.

Wendy was appointed to her current position in April of 2009. Prior to that, she was Managing Director, Westcon Group Australia and New Zealand. She joined the Company as Vice President of Sales for Westcon in January 2001. Before that, she held several senior management roles for Tech Pacific (Ingram) Australia and New Zealand, and was the General Manager for NJS Technologies, an OEM components distribution business. She has extensive IT & T distribution experience as well as a comprehensive knowledge of channel sales and marketing.

Jeremy Butt currently serves as Executive Vice President at Westcon Group, responsible for the company’s European unified communications and security line of business, as well as all Africa/India/Middle East operations. Prior to Westcon, Jeremy served as Vice President of Worldwide Channels at Avaya, leading the company’s channel sales organization by developing strategies and policies for more than 9,000 systems integrators, service providers, distributors, value-added resellers and solutions providers. Jeremy was also responsible for the successful launch of Avaya’s first global channel program, the award-winning Avaya Connect. Jeremy has also held key positions at Motorola, driving the company’s worldwide channels efforts for its Enterprise Mobility business (EMb). An industry leader, with extensive technology and sales experience, Jeremy additionally held senior management leadership positions at WatchGuard Technologies, Cisco and Hayes Microcomputer Products.

With two decades of international management experience, Andreas Dohmen serves as Executive Vice President EMEA for the company’s Cisco-dedicated business unit (Comstor). Andreas has dedicated more than 10 years of his career to delivering highly productive Cisco-focused global channel sales and business operations. Prior to Comstor, he served as Cisco’s Vice President of Worldwide Business Operations and Vice President of Commercial Business in Europe. Andreas also brings to Comstor a wide range of international management experience – leading successful operational and strategic sales programs, marketing and business development initiatives, business segmentation planning, and organizational development and restructuring projects. Prior to Cisco, Andreas held leadership positions at both Alcatel and Siemens. At Alcatel, he drove the company’s network technology business in Europe, with sales in excess of $1.5 billion. Andreas holds degrees from the University of Bonn and University of Munich.

Otavio is Senior Vice President, LATAM.  He has made extraordinary progress in growing the Latin America business, driving high margin growth and making Westcon the fastest growing technology company in Brazil.  Otavio joined Westcon Brazil in 1998 as General Manager.  In 2007, he was named General Manager of Westcon Latin America.  Previously, he held various positions at TelSist Informatica, a Brazilian distributor.  Otavio holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio de Janeiro and an MS in Business Administration from Prudue University.

A 17-year Cisco veteran, Geoff Fancher currently serves as Senior Vice President of Comstor’s operations in the United States. Fancher arrives at Comstor after championing the field partner organization at Cisco, orchestrating a nationwide team of over 200 partner account managers and partner engineers to achieve more than $8 billion across 8,000 partners . Fancher drove strategic initiatives that directly contributed to Cisco winning the 2012 Computer Reseller News ARC awards in all five categories. He also ran the company’s Channel Advisory Board, influencing program evolution, fostering executive relationships and securing partner loyalty.

Fancher currently holds P&L responsibility for Comstor’s business in the United States – driving its reputation as the market’s premier Cisco-dedicated value-added distributor. In his role, Fancher reports directly to Westcon President and CEO Dean Douglas.

Dan joined Westcon Group as SVP in March 2012 and is responsible for building and leading Data Center and Cloud Solution organizations globally. Prior to joining Westcon, Dan was the Global Vice President of IBM's Global Cloud Managed Services sales team. He held multiple other executive positions during his 27 years at IBM including Vice President of Mobile Enterprise Services, Vice President of Global Telecommunications Industry Sales, and Vice President of Web Hosting Sales. Dan was also Vice President of Sales and Strategic Alliances for Mainspring Communications, which was acquired by IBM in April 2001. Dan is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and holds a Bachelor of Arts. He currently resides in New York.

Pedro Galatas is Executive Vice President of Westcon and Afina President. Since 2000, he has been responsible for the design and execution of Afina’s international expansion - growing to 14 offices in 12 countries in three continents.  Upon Westcon Group’s acquisition of Afina, Galatas was named Executive Vice President of Westcon – responsible for managing both the Afina and Westcon Group business in Iberia, North Africa, and Latin America. He graduated with a degree in Economy from Notre Dame University, South Bend (Indiana) and completed his Master’s degree from IESE Business School.

John was previously a non-executive director of Datatec from 11 May 1998 to 30 September 2002 and has been a non-executive chairman of Westcon Group, Inc. since 1 October 2002 to date. John is chairman of the Board of A.M Castle Corp (NYSE), a specialty steel distributor based near Chicago, IL. John was formerly president and chief operating officer for US Robotics, as well as president of 3Com Corporation’s Client Access Unit. He joined the executive management team of US Robotics in 1984. John is also a director of Federal Signal Corporation and Huron Consulting Group, Inc.
