Dean Douglas, President and CEO - Dean joined Westcon Group in June 2008 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Westcon Group, Dean was Chief Executive Officer of LCC International, the world's largest independent wireless engineering professional services firm. Before that, Dean held global, senior executive roles at both IBM and Motorola, where he managed industries such as distribution and telecommunications as well as worldwide business development.
John P. O’Malley III, Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer - John has held the senior finance role at Westcon since joining the Company in early 1999 as Vice President, Worldwide Finance. John is responsible for the Company's corporate finance and treasury activities, forecasting, financial reporting, compensation and benefits administration, facilities, business development and global inventory analytics. Prior to joining Westcon Group, he was Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Medical Resources, Inc. and NMR of America, Inc. John began his career in 1984 at Ernst & Young LLP, where he spent eight years engaged in consulting and auditing for both public and private companies.
Bob Clinton, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer - Bob joined Westcon Group in 2010 as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to that Bob worked for Computer Associates, where he has spent the last seven years, most recently as Senior Vice President for Marketing Operations and Planning. Prior to joining CA, Bob spent eighteen years at Motorola where he held several key marketing roles. In his last role there he developed and managed Motorola’s ecommerce marketing. Bob is a graduate of Notre Dame and received his MBA from Boston College.
Rick Malacrea, Senior Vice President, Human Resources - Rick joined Westcon Group in 2010 as Senior Vice President Human Resources. Prior to that Rick was Vice President of Human Resources of Jackson Hewitt. His career has also included Human Resource leadership roles at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Pepsi-Cola. Rick holds an undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and a masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University.
Nancy Saltzman, Vice President and General Counsel and Secretary - Nancy began working for Westcon Group in 2004 and was appointed to her current position in April, 2005. Prior to joining Westcon Group, she was a corporate transactional lawyer for Dewey Ballentine, LLP where she was responsible for mergers & acquisitions and securities offerings. Before that, Nancy was Vice President, Investor Relations and Associate General Counsel for Chartwell Re, the reinsurance firm. Nancy holds a BA from Amherst College, and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law.
Chris Leeming, Vice President, Business Operations - Chris is responsible for the Company's global distribution model and came to Westcon Group from Blake Equipment, where he was Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Chris was Vice President of Finance for Westcon Group North America, a position he held for six years. Before that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Datatec South Africa. Chris holds a B.Com from University of Witwaterrand, South Africa and a CTA from University of Cape Town, South Africa. He is also a Chartered Accountant (S.A.)
William Hurley, Chief Technology Officer - Bill joined Westcon in April 2008, and is currently responsible for all IT and technology matters in the organization. Prior to joining Westcon Group, he was a Managing Director with Marsh & McLennan for 5 years, where he was Global CIO/CIO Americas responsible for global sales, marketing and finance systems, as well as brokerage systems for the Americas. In addition, he oversaw the development of the company's global internet, intranet and extranet presence. Bill received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from SUNY Albany and has a Masters in Finance from Fordham University.
William Corbin, Executive Vice President, Global Vendor Relationships - Bill is Executive Vice President, Global Vendor Relationships with the responsibility of managing the global relationships for our strategic vendors. Bill was previously responsible for the strategic development of the Company's global Cisco business which he will continue to evolve and strengthen. Prior to his role at Westcon, he served as Founder and Managing Partner of RedCard Solutions, a channels consulting business and also served as Founder and CEO of Network Catalyst, a network integration company. Bill has also served as CEO and Chairman of nVision Software, a software development firm with specialty expertise in the .NET and JAVA arena, and led the company to a successful acquisition. Bill holds a B.A. degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.
Jon Pritchard, President, Comstor Worldwide - Jon is President, Comstor Worldwide with responsibility globally for the business of Comstor, Westcon Group's Cisco oriented brand. Jon also retains responsibility for Comstor Europe. He was formerly Executive Vice President of Comstor Worldwide. Jon is a seasoned channel executive, having spent the last 21 years in the IT industry. He joined Comstor UK as a sales director in 2003 where he established a track record of driving solid growth on both a Pan-European and global basis. Jon holds a science degree from Liverpool.
Simon Minett, Executive Vice President, Global Operations and Logistics, Westcon Group - Prior to his current position, Simon was previously Chief Operating Officer, Westcon Group Europe, a position he held since October, 2004. He joined Comstor UK as its operations director in 1998 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2001. He was then appointed to vice president of operations for Westcon Group European Operations in 2004 before being appointed to his current position. Mr. Minett holds an honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Greenwich University, London.
Tom Dolan, Chairman of the Board - Tom is a co-founder of Westcon Group. Prior to being Chairman of the Board, he held positions with the Company including President and CEO, and Executive Vice President. Prior to the founding of Westcon, Mr. Dolan was the Manager of Systems Development at Avon Products, Inc. from 1979 to 1985. Mr. Dolan holds a BS in engineering from Tulane University. After graduation, Mr. Dolan served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
