![]() | Andreas Dohmen, Executive Vice President EMEA, Comstor With two decades of international management experience, Andreas Dohmen serves as Executive Vice President EMEA for the company’s Cisco-dedicated business unit (Comstor). Andreas has dedicated more than 10 years of his career to delivering highly productive Cisco-focused global channel sales and business operations. Prior to Comstor, he served as Cisco’s Vice President of Worldwide Business Operations and Vice President of Commercial Business in Europe. Andreas also brings to Comstor a wide range of international management experience – leading successful operational and strategic sales programs, marketing and business development initiatives, business segmentation planning, and organizational development and restructuring projects. Prior to Cisco, Andreas held leadership positions at both Alcatel and Siemens. At Alcatel, he drove the company’s network technology business in Europe, with sales in excess of $1.5 billion. Andreas holds degrees from the University of Bonn and University of Munich. |
![]() | Jeremy Butt, Executive Vice President of EMEA, Westcon Group Jeremy Butt currently serves as Executive Vice President at Westcon Group, responsible for the company’s European unified communications and security line of business, as well as all Africa/India/Middle East operations. Prior to Westcon, Jeremy served as Vice President of Worldwide Channels at Avaya, leading the company’s channel sales organization by developing strategies and policies for more than 9,000 systems integrators, service providers, distributors, value-added resellers and solutions providers. Jeremy was also responsible for the successful launch of Avaya’s first global channel program, the award-winning Avaya Connect. Jeremy has also held key positions at Motorola, driving the company’s worldwide channels efforts for its Enterprise Mobility business (EMb). An industry leader, with extensive technology and sales experience, Jeremy additionally held senior management leadership positions at WatchGuard Technologies, Cisco and Hayes Microcomputer Products. |
| | Simon Minett, Executive Vice President, Global Operations and Logistics, Westcon Group Prior to his current position, Simon was previously Chief Operating Officer, Westcon Group Europe, a position he held since October, 2004. He joined Comstor UK as its operations director in 1998 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2001. He was then appointed to vice president of operations for Westcon Group European Operations in 2004 before being appointed to his current position. Mr. Minett holds an honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Greenwich University, London. |
| | Willem J.H. de Haan, Vice President, Westcon Europe After performing as the Managing Director of Landis in the Netherlands for more than one year, Willem became responsible for their European distribution activities in March 2000. He held this position until the company's acquisition by Westcon in May 2002. Willem also spent five years at A-Line Technologies bv where he held the position of General Manager. From 1989 to 1993, he performed various sales and sales management positions within the Dutch Getronics Group. Willem holds a technical bachelors degree from the Hoogeschool Eindhoven and a degree in business administration (CT) from the University of Nijenrode. |

David has been with Westcon Convergence for three years and was previously CEO of European distributor Crane before its acquisition by Westcon Group in 2007. Prior to his role at Crane, Grant spent 14 years in a variety of senior level positions with Canon UK Ltd. |

Previously Richard had spent ten years spent in senior commercial finance roles with software vendors Attachmate and Compuware. Prior to that, Richard spent six years with leading airline caterer Alpha Airport Group, plc. |

With more than 25-years of experience in executive leadership, Chris is tasked with formalizing the company’s service model and execution – including training, post-sales support and technical audit services. Prior to Westcon, Chris led the transformation of Intermec Technologies – creating its services business. He was directly responsible for building the company’s profitable services business in EMEA, with a core focus on partner strategy and consistency. Chris also held positions at Stratus Technologies, Siemens, Colt Telecom, and Motorola Enterprise Mobility. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University.. |
