Data Services Solutions: Product Information - Product Catalog
Use the product catalog to keep your products database current. The product catalog contains item, description, list price, standard price, availability and vendor name. The Product Catalog can be sent daily, weekly or monthly via FTP. Click here to view sample file.
Purchasing - Ordering during and after normal business hours
Data services are push reports which are geared toward providing both pre-sales and post sales information, therefore their are no ordering capabilities. Post Sale - Customer Postcard:
Order Status, Serial and Tracking Numbers, Invoice Information, RMA Status delivered via email everyday in a .csv file. This email provides the status of open orders including estimated ship dates, tracking numbers and serial numbers of processed orders, returns in process and returns which have been procesed the preivous day. The customer postcard also provides a list of all orders which have invoiced the previous day and contains the invoice number, customer PO number along with other information. - Customer POS
Previous months sales delivered via email monthly in a .csv file. This email provides all orders which have invoiced or credited within the previous calander month. The file contains Invoice Numbers and Date Invoiced along with your purchase order number item numbers, quantities, ship to and end user addresses and much more, 42 columns of inforamtion in all. This email notice is delivered to you when your purchase order becomes a sales order in our system. This email contains a link to your order on our e-commerce site which give you the ability to track the individual order through the fulfillment and shipment lifecycle. This email notice is triggered when the order is ready to ship. Receiving any of the data services via email enables you to have order infromation sitting in your inbox everyday. These services aid in reconsiliation with the ability to quickly view open orders, invoiced orders and all returns.
