    Use the product catalog to keep your products database current. The product catalog contains item, description, list price, standard price, availability and vendor name. The Product Catalog can be sent daily, weekly or monthly via FTP. Click here to view sample file.
  • Avaya Product Catalog
    Use this specialized catalog to keep your Avaya product information current and help ease the ordering process.  This catalog contains Avaya specific information such as; warranty, weight, MPG Code/Description, product group/sub-group, Avaya Category and Sub-Category.  A compressed file is zipped and delivered via Email or FTP on or about the 10th of each month.  Many partners use this file in conjunction with the Standard Product Catalog to load their ERP systems with the most current and complete Avaya information possible.   Click here to view sample file.

Purchasing

• Ordering during and after normal business hours
  Data services are push reports which are geared toward providing both pre-sales and post sales information, therefore there are no ordering capabilities.
  
  

• Customer Postcard:
  Order Status, Serial and Tracking Numbers, Invoice Information, RMA Status delivered via email everyday in a .csv file.
  
  This email provides the status of open orders including estimated ship dates, tracking numbers and serial numbers of processed orders, returns in process and returns which have been processed the previous day.  The customer postcard also provides a list of all orders which have invoiced the previous day and contains the invoice number, customer PO number along with other information.  Click here to view sample postcard file.
  
  
• Customer POS
  Previous months sales delivered via email monthly in a .csv file.
  This email provides all orders which have invoiced or credited within the previous calendar month. The file contains Invoice Numbers and Date Invoiced along with your purchase order number item numbers, quantities, ship to end user addresses and much more, 42 columns of information in all.  Click here to view sample POS file.
  
  
• eInvoicing
  Have all of your invoices and credits from the previous day delivered to you in a secure email. Receiving invoices via this method allow you to invoice your customers more quickly. To learn more about this service, click here.
  
  
• TrackIT
  This email notice is delivered to you when your purchase order becomes a sales order in our system. This email contains a link to your order on our e-commerce site which give you the ability to track the individual order through the fulfillment and shipment lifecycle. • Ship It
  This email notice is triggered when the order is ready to ship. The notice contains your purchase order number, the ship to address, package weights, the location from where the product shipped and the tracking number. Click here to view a Ship It e-mail sample.
  
  

• Save time by not searching and calling for information
  Receiving any of the data services via email enables you to have order information sitting in your inbox everyday.  These services aid in reconciliation with the ability to quickly view open orders, invoiced orders and all returns.  Additionally you can track your order by clicking the Track link next to each tracking number.
  
  
• Upload Directly into Your System
  Another great advantage can be obtained if the information can be uploaded directly into your system saving hours of manual entry and omitting the potential for data entry errors.
