As Support Engineer, you provide technical assistance to our clients and prospects.
You will be involved in the support of anti-virus solutions, configuration of firewalls and other security systems.
In our technical lab, you will simulate customer's infrastructures, and solve customer’s issues remotely or onsite at customer’s premises.
You will work in the European Support team and will work very closely with your colleagues in other countries.
You maintain a good technical relationship with the technical staff of our different security vendors.


Your profile:
You have a bachelor degree in computer science or higher, completed by a first professional experience.
You have a very good understanding on how TCP/IP works, and you are familiar with the basic routing & switching protocols like STP, RIP, OSPF & BGP.
You are fluent in 2 of the 3 following languages: Dutch, French and English.
You have strong communication skills and a talent to explain in a clear way complex technical materials.
Additional knowledge on products from Juniper or Bluecoat are an advantage.
We expect you to be a team player and capable of rapidly learning and maintaining new technologies.
